My goal as a therapist is to helph you let go of the "rules" you've been taught to follow -- especially those around food and body image.
You’ve likely heard that you must be thin to be healthy, to be worthy, to be beautiful. That carbs are bad. That fat is bad. That certain foods define your value.
In our work together, we’ll gently challenge those beliefs and begin to unlearn the patterns that diet culture has instilled. Over time, I hope to support you in letting go of what no longer serves you—so your authentic self can emerge with more freedom, trust, and self-compassion.
About Me
Since 2014, I’ve supported clients with body image, chronic dieting, and disordered eating—often rooted in early messages, trauma, or shame. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and build a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.
I offer a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, HAES®-aligned, trauma-informed, and affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
